How to Hire or Buy a Costume

HIRE COSTUMES

are available for collection in our stores at

51 Mercer Street, Geelong or

501 Main Road, Golden Point  

Please take note of the "Location" of the costume.

Reserve your costume online, or come into the store and try something on! 

Want to check if the costume you want to reserve is available?  It’s super easy, follow these steps:

 

1.     Click on the costume you want to reserve;

2.     Scroll down and look for the calendar on the right hand side of the screen;

3.     If your “event date” is black, it’s available!   If your “event date” is red then unfortunately someone has already beat you to it

IF IT’S AVAILABLE THEN FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RESERVE YOUR COSTUME (fill in all fields with an *):

4.     Select “SIZE”;

5.     Select “EVENT DATE” (pick up and return will be automatically be determined);

6.     Click on “HIRE PRICE” and choose to either pay a deposit or the hire price in full;

7.     Click on “PICK UP LOCATION” and choose to either collect the costume from our Geelong or Ballarat store (please allow 3 days for transfers);

8.    Click “HIRE NOW” and your reservation will be added to the cart;

9.     Click on the SHOPPING CART at the top right hand side of your screen and then “CHECKOUT” and follow the prompts for payment.

**all hire costumes are to be picked up from the store.  

BUY COSTUMES ARE STORED IN AN OFF SITE WAREHOUSE AND NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE IN STORE 

We have thousands of costumes to purchase but unfortunately not enough space in our stores to keep them all.  Therefore you need to allow 2-3 business days for our Oompa Loompas to process, pick, pack and deliver your order from our off-site warehouse.  We can often receive orders next day but we don’t like to promise something that we can’t always deliver so save us all the stress and allow yourself enough time to receive your order!

You can choose to pick the order up in store (for free!) or delivered directly to you.

Free for orders over $79 or $9.99 flat rate shipping for orders under $79.

Orders should be received within 2-5 business days.

We always have a range of costumes for sale in store but the selection changes regularly depending on seasons, movie releases, special events etc.

We always have an expansive range of wigs, hats, weapons, hosiery, face and body paint, FX makeup, tiaras, crowns, guns, swords, eye patches, feather boas, glasses, headbands, jewellery and every other fancy dress accessory you can think of!
