Shipping Australia wide only.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

Flat rate shipping $15  (some large bulky items such as Mascot costumes  may incur additional postage charges)

All orders are shipped within 3 business days and should be received within 5 business days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: costumes@getchagearon.com.au

Refund and Returns

We are no longer offering returns and refunds.  All sales are final.

Our physical stores have now closed and we are selling our remaining stock.
