Shipping Information

Shipping Australia wide only.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

Free Shipping for orders over $100

Flat rate shipping $15 for orders under $100 (some large bulky items such as Mascot costumes or Worbla or Foam sheets may incur additional postage charges)

Free pick up in store (some items will be available for pick up same day if in stock in the store.  Some orders will need to be picked and packed from the off site warehouse and will be available within 2-3 business days)

All orders are shipped within 3 business days and should be received within 5 business days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: costumes@getchagearon.com.au

Shipping is only available for items to purchase.  Hire items must be collected from store.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Getcha Gearon Costumes. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

No refunds or exchanges on wigs, hosiery, face and body paint or special FX makeup products or contact lenses.

Strictly no refunds on hire costumes.  Should you change your mind and wish to exchange your hired costume, a $10 cleaning fee will apply.  This will be at the discretion of Getcha Gearon staff.

Returns Process

To return an item, please send it to:

And also include the following information:

  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item
We recommend sending returns by registered or express post so you can track the item as we take no responsibility for lost items.
